This package offers 4 hours of exclusive access to our stunning 1880 heritage chapel, vicarage and picturesque grounds. Pricing includes up to 80 guests, with the option to upgrade to 100.

Your wedding party has access to the beautiful Vicarage rooms, complete with a light breakfast or lunch, and ample opportunities for stunning pre- and post-wedding photography. 

With on-site parking for up to 25 cars, reserved spots for the bride and groom, and a pet-friendly policy, the Memories Package promises an exceptional and memorable wedding day experience.

Exclusive use of our private 1880 heritage chapel and grounds:

  • Ceremony Time
  • Time with guests
  • Package time includes additional 30 minutes bump-in

Chair and Pew Seating:

  • Includes seating for 80 people (option to upgrade to 100)
  • 2 pews which seat 10 people, with 70 white chairs.

Heritage Rooms in the Vicarage

  • Private Dining Room, seats up to 10.
  • Private Chef can be arranged at extra cost.
  • Private Whiskey Room and Drawing Room for the groom and groomsmen to relax

Professional Lighting Package

  • Including house, stage and facade lighting.

Professional Sound and Tech Package

  • Includes our high end house sound system by QSC with L/R subs
  • 2 hand held microphones, 1 wireless and 1 wired
  • You can connect your device to play original recordings
  • We can upload your Spotify playlist to our music provider to comply with music license requirements

  • 2 choices of tables

Rehearsal

  • 
Rehearsal for an hour and a half, a few days before your wedding.  

  • Lords Estate staff to run this for you.  

Additional Guests
Upgrade with up to 20 additional guests, for a maximum of 100 guests.

Many of our couples bring their creative flair with personalised additions, limited only by your imagination and budget. We've had horse and carriage, marquees, all kinds of catering options, and even a vintage fire engine, just to name a few.

Each of our packages can be extended with your own options and we will work to help however we can to make your wedding day vision a reality.

What is included in the Memories Package?

The Memories Package includes exclusive use of our 1880 heritage chapel and grounds for up to 80 guests for 4 hours plus bump-in. It also provides access to the Vicarage for the bridal party (up to six), including a light breakfast or lunch. Additional amenities include professional lighting and sound systems, indoor/outdoor mingling areas, photography opportunities, seating arrangements, and assistance from experienced staff.

Can we customize or add additional services to the Memories Package?

Yes, the Memories Package offers several optional upgrades. You can add romantic styling elements such as faux florals, candles, a fresh bridal bouquet, and a coordinating buttonhole. There is also an AV upgrade for slideshows, videos, or live streaming needs. Additionally, a rehearsal session a few days before the wedding can be arranged.

Is there on-site parking available for our guests?

Yes, the package includes on-site parking for up to 25 cars, with reserved spots for the bride and groom and a parking attendant to assist. There is also ample free street parking available around Lords Estate.

Are pets allowed at Lords Estate?

Yes, pets are welcome at Lords Estate. We understand that pets are part of the family and can be an important part of your special day.

What are the options for photography within the estate?

The Memories Package includes access to various beautiful photography locations within Lords Estate, such as the chapel, meadow, rose garden, fountain, rope swing, verandahs, formal entrance, private dining room, drawing room, and formal hallway with a stained glass window and heritage stairway.

Can we arrange for a private chef for our event?

Yes, you can arrange for a private chef at an additional cost. The heritage rooms in the Vicarage include a private dining room that seats up to 10 guests, perfect for an intimate dining experience. e.g. Rehearsal dinners and anniversary celebrations.
